Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all order details (e.g., text, personalisation) before finalising the purchase. It is your responsibility to review your order carefully during checkout.
Guest checkout is available, but by using guest checkout, you agree to create an account without password protection. You can set a password later.
All uploaded content, including text and images, will be manually checked for appropriateness before printing. We do not allow profanity, nudity, or offensive content. Any content found to be inappropriate will result in cancellation of the order.
Orders can be edited or cancelled until the card is in the printing process. Once the card has been printed or is in the printing process, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. The time window for edits and cancellations may vary and is not guaranteed.
By signing up for Auto-Cards, you agree to be billed 10 days before your selected event. Emails will be sent 14 days before your selected event to notify you of the new Auto-Card order. You have 7 days before the event to edit or cancel the order, which will be printed and dispatched 7 days prior to the event.
Auto-Cards can be paused or deleted at any time. However, if an order has already been created, it must be cancelled separately from the Auto-Cards management system.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can request a refund through your customer account. Refunds are processed automatically. Please note, refunds are not possible after the card has been printed or dispatched. Refunds will not be issued for delayed deliveries that are outside of our control.
Prices are subject to change at any time. Any price changes will not affect already placed orders. If a payment fails for an Auto-Card, you will be notified via email. Any payment failures during a single card purchase will be displayed on screen.
Customers may personalise cards by adding text and other provided tools. However, customers cannot upload full designs. By creating a personalised card, customers do not retain rights to the designs. We retain the rights to the card designs created by customers, including custom designs for Auto-Cards.
We aim to dispatch Auto-Cards 7 days before the event. Late deliveries cannot be attributed to us, as we take no responsibility for delays outside of our control. For one-time card purchases, we ensure cards are dispatched promptly but cannot guarantee specific delivery times once the card is with the carrier.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts due to frequent refunds, suspected abuse, or misuse of the site. Any account misuse may result in permanent termination without notice.
Users must not misuse the website, including posting spam, abusive content, or attempting unauthorised access. Any breach of this policy will result in account suspension or termination.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in the delivery of orders caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in accordance with UK law and may be subject to mediation or arbitration.
We store customer data for a maximum of 4 years, unless required by law. You can delete your account and data at any time through your customer account area. All data handling complies with GDPR regulations.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the revised terms will apply to any new orders placed after the update.
